Hi, I am Roslyn 🙂

I’m a marketing strategist, mentor and RMIT University lecturer who helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs grow magnetic brands with clarity and confidence.

I am an early millennial, born in Malaysia to Chinese parents. I moved to Australia in 2003 all by myself. My multicultural and multilingual background (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese) shapes how I see the markets, communities, and possibilities in a way that is exciting, expansive and inclusive.
Through my work, I bring together strategic marketing, human stories and a deep belief that life is here for us to live to its fullest.

A little more about my journey..
Since 2009, as Founder and CEO of international agency, Glamorazzi, I have helped leaders and renowned brands, charities and start-ups to grow through my purpose-led brand-building approach.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of four roles:
Marketing strategist for small businesses who want clear positioning and practical, sustainable marketing plans.
Marketing mentor for leaders and entrepreneurs who want to show up bold and influence with confidence.
CEO of Glamorazzi, an international marketing agency partnering with organisations across Australia and Asia to build and execute brand and campaign strategies.
Marketing lecturer at RMIT University, bridging theory and real-world practice for the next generation of marketers.
Across all of these, the common thread is helping people show up with clarity, confidence and consistency so their work can create the impact it deserves.

Over the years, that curiosity for people, cultures and stories led to collaborations with charities, world-class chefs and creators, and to roles like Victorian Ambassador for Opportunity International Australia and being honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow.
Alongside my work, I am an advocate for mindful living; meditation, yoga, running, and cooking are part of my daily rhythm. I love my rituals and live by them – they keep me grounded as I support others to grow.
Here’s my truth: marketing is a powerful force for good when it is aligned with purpose, people and sustainable ways of living and working.
